Booking & Payment Policies

Booking Deposit: This is a non-refundable payment to secure your booking date. Dates are not held without a deposit.

Event Payment: 10% of the booking agreement is required to secure your date. Main event payment is due 1 week prior to your event.

Final Balance: Any remaining balance (for add-ons, extra hats, or on-site upgrades) is due within 2 days after your event.
Custom/Logo Patch Design
There is a one-time $150 custom design fee for any custom logo patch request, in addition to the hat bar booking.
